Large, two-level covered decks offer incredible sunrise, sunset and marsh views ideal for a wedding or family reunion at this event-friendly home. Stairway to Haven is located on a safe, kid-friendly, quiet, dead-end street with little to no traffic or public street parking.

"Margaritaville" - Look no further! Relax day or evenings at your private, beautifully landscaped and lighted "tropical resort" themed pool and tiki bar. Listen to music while playing shuffleboard, corn hole and Tiki Toss. There is an pool level outdoor shower/ bathroom for your convenience.

This four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom home features three flat screen TVs . The kids will love hanging out in their own “groovy" Surf Den. Rainy day, no problem! Stairway to Haven comes with plenty of inside and outside games to keep you busy.

The kitchen is finished with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator, and a wine and beer cooler. The dining room table is large enough to seat 10 with additional seating for four at the oversized island.

Included is enclosed, lockable guest storage room with cruiser bikes, beach cart, chairs and plenty of kids' beach toys and boards. Hop on a cruiser bike and ride to the lighthouse for a tour and a walk on the interpretive dune nature trail. Stairway to Haven is located within walking distance to the pier, beach dining, stores, mini golf, ice cream shops and restaurants.

This home features a 230/50 amp EV car and golf cart charger. The driveway is large enough to park your boat.

Stairway to Haven is not your average rental home. The owners occupy their home in the off season and take special care of the inside and the outside of their home. They are very proud to be able to share their piece of Haven with families and friends. The views, amenities, neighborhood, location and awesome decor all make this home stand out. Heated Pool: Available to be heated when outside temperatures are 55 degrees and higher upon request for $100 per day (minimum) with at least a one-day notice required. Only available to be heated until the end of pool season which is October 31st.

Though guest pets are not permitted at this home, please note that a dog may be present during owner reservations for those guests who are allergic to pets.
