The Outdoor Life
Step outside and the Atlantic is right there — no buffer, no distance, just you and the
ocean. A brand-new deck with wire railings frames a completely unobstructed,
panoramic view of the water. Stay all day with your choice of shade or sun — settle into
one of the rocking chairs or the rocker swing on the covered porch, or stretch out on the
open deck in one of the two loungers. Either way, let the ocean do the rest.
The beachfront yard is set up like a family reunion waiting to happen — bocce ball,
horseshoe ring, cornhole, ping pong, and darts on the lower covered deck. As the sun
goes down, gather around the propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs and let the night
carry on. There’s a spot for every personality, and enough going on that nobody will be
checking their phone.
The beach day is taken care of too. A storage shed stocked with 8 beach chairs, a
Shibumi shade, a beach wagon, and beach toys for the little ones. Hot and cold outdoor
shower. Beach towels provided. From the moment you arrive, all you have to do is show
up.
The Space
Crisp white walls, original heart pine floors, soaring vaulted ceilings with exposed
beams, and breathtaking ocean views from virtually every room. Nothing has been
overlooked. Everything has been chosen with intention. Brand-new furnishings mixed
with refinished antiques — warm, welcoming, and impeccably appointed. A selection of
indoor games and books means the fun doesn’t stop when the sun goes down.
The Kitchen
Serene Cottage’s gourmet kitchen features stunning Forno Café white-and-gold
appliances, professional-grade knives, quality cookware, and even spices and oils
stocked and waiting. A dedicated Keurig coffee station (pods provided) and wine station
mean the first cup of the morning and the last glass of the evening are both taken care
of. And yes — even the dishwasher pods are stocked. Every last detail has been thought
of so you can simply arrive and enjoy.
