Living & Kitchen
The inverted, open floor plan is designed to maximize the Oak Island ocean views. Relax in the spacious great room, gather around the gas fireplace, or enjoy time together after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beadboard cabinetry, a large island with seating for eight, and a wine cooler. The adjacent dining area also seats eight, making family meals and group dinners easy.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Sweet EmOcean features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with comfortable accommodations for up to 11 guests.

The kid-friendly Crew Quarters includes two bunk beds, a twin trundle, fold-out futon, Smart TV, PlayStation, and combination foosball/pool table, plus a private full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The downstairs Captain's Quarters primary suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private covered-porch access, and Atlantic Ocean views. The ensuite bathroom includes dual vanities, a soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Two additional guest bedrooms each feature queen-size beds and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. All lower-level mattresses were replaced in May 2026 with new plush pillow-top mattresses.

Outdoor Living
Enjoy the salty breeze and Atlantic Ocean views from two covered porches, relax in the new private hot tub, or gather around the backyard fire pit after a day at the beach. The outdoor shower makes rinsing off sandy feet and beach gear easy.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels and mats, hand towels, and washcloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
There are minimum stay requirements based on the season. Peak summer reservations require a 7-night minimum with a Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern, while shorter stays and more flexible arrival patterns may be available during slower seasons.
