Beach house close to the ocean direct beach access

Newly renovated and ready to help make lasting memories. 75 yards to direct beach access next to Publix grocery and beach shops. Walkability score 10! Shady back yard with a picnic table perfect for grilling. My wife and I bought this lovely ranch style house with the thoughts of what and where we wanted our retirement place to be. We were inspired by the towns we visited in Northern Europe, where the citizens could walk to work, shop, and play. We didn't expect to find a place that we could have all that and still be steps away from the beautiful and uncrowded beaches that North Carolina offers, but we did. My wife and I welcome you into our home. From the centuries year old oak trees that offer shade from the summer sun in the back of our house, you can plan your next adventure while grilling out with our new gas grill. Play a game of corn hole, or just relax. Forget that special brand of coffee that would make it a perfect morning? No worries, head over to Publix and grab whatever you need. Don't worry about finding parking to get to the beach. Multiple great restaurants are an easy walk as well. You might just lose that brother-in-law for a few hours when he finds that sports bar a couple blocks away.

A possible day itinerary could be as follows. Wake up in the morning and walk over to scoops ice cream and donuts and pick up a dozen made to order gourmet donuts (eat one there before you go, the fresher, the better). grab a cup of coffee and walk over to the beach to see what the surf looks like. If there's some waves you and your family might want to go boogie boarding (boogie boards provided). around noon come on back to the house grill up some hamburgers. after lunch head back to the beach to soak up some sun or maybe go to one of the many shops nearby. For supper you can either have supper there at the house or go out to eat to one of the many great restaurants in the area. Don't forget to go to one of the many ice cream shops for evening dessert! My wife and I are here on the island to help you with anything that you might need.
