As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting interior, thoughtfully designed to accommodate your every need. The open-concept living area is furnished with coastal decor, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Gather around for cozy evenings with loved ones, and sink into plush sofas while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. High speed Wi-Fi is provided to allow you to stream your favorite subscriptions.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and quartz counter tops. The optional pull-out extension built into the dining table allows seating for 10 people. The front porch which has seating for two is quiet and peaceful both in the mornings and evenings. The screened-in back deck offers an amazing view of summer sunrises and sunsets. The relaxed seating area on the back deck is also a wonderful place to enjoy the sights and sounds of the tidal marsh and canal. The vibrant marsh-view is a nature lover's delight.

The private fenced-in salt water pool on the north side of the house will accommodate both sun-lovers and shade seekers. Enjoy the pool-side picnic table and a cushioned seating area under the deck. Around the corner from the pool, an enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower is convenient for showering or rinsing off the sand. A gas grill is located conveniently near the pool & picnic area.

As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
