"Staff were extremely helpful and great assortment at breakfast."

"I am so disappointed with this experience. We stayed at a Country Inns and Suites property in Grand Rapids and it was great. Property was well maintained, amenities were great and the staff were top notch. I assumed all properties were similar. Boy was I wrong. This property was not what I expected. It it always simply a place to rest for the night, but not a place to enjoy. The tub didn’t look clean so we didn’t take baths. Just washed up real good and kept it moving. The breakfast was sub-par...

"The hotel was adequate. However, our third night there our car was broken into along with at least three more. There is inadequate lighting in the parking lot and zero cameras. As I found out later, break-ins had happened three nights earlier, as well. We knew nothing of this until after our break-in. "Front desk staff excellent. Room was dirty had to go dollar tree get cleaning supply for tub. 1 wash cloth in the room. Ice machine on floor 5 wasn’t working. Breakfast gave as if the cook was lazy no fruit, cold eggs, no juice of any kind. The place also needs to be remodeled asap."

"Fixtures in the room were a little dated but clean and everything worked perfectly. Staff was great. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was good with waffles & fresh fruit. Biscuits and gravy. Great value to get a king bed jacuzzi room at this price point. Very nice, partner loved. Will stay again."

"The hotel was a good value; the room was spacious and clean. However, the toilet was running all the time. We had the option of having a maintenance person do the repair or move to another room in the middle of the night."

"It was a perfect stay"

"Great place to stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating."

"Extremely kind hostess who personally cooked and served a high quality breakfast every morning. Swiss Family Robinson Room, on 4th level of a house on a hill, was beautiful and very comfortable, especially with windows open on cool October nights;"

"Just need better parking"

"Large room, like bar and restaurant downstairs"
