Location!!! Location!!! This updated cottage is a quick walk to town, beach, Tony’s Deli, tennis and basketball courts, and so much more. Relax on the wrap around porch , enjoy the outdoor shower after a walk back from the beach, warm up near the fire pit while BBQ is on the grill. Walk to all downtown Oak Bluffs attractions. All new beds and furniture. Bring your fav sheets and bath towels to complete your comfort (Or rent locally on the island). Flexible work week. Work space for telecommuters.

  • After five+ months of cold weather, occasional snowstorms and chilly rains, New England acquires an enviable summer spirit. The turquoise, blue waves, though mildly cool in the month of June, shimmer under the watchful eye of the powerful sun. Alternating between dips in the water and lazy siestas on the sand, we thanked our lucky stars for deciding to book a stay at Martha’s Vineyard months in advance, which just happened to coincide with a spectacularly breezy and warm weekend. Our family had a wonderful stay at “The Edina!” The house is super warm and cozy and had every appliance and amenity we needed to enjoy the island. The host provided detailed instructions and was super responsive. We look forward to staying there again!

MV Weekend stay

This was the most relaxing stay I’ve had in Martha’s Vineyard! Edina was super helpful throughout the process and was readily available. The property is very spacious with a beautiful outdoor patio that we definitely utilized! I definitely recommend staying at this property!

Conveniently Located Within Walking Distance of Circuit Ave.

Great location for quick access to all Oak Bluffs hotspots. Great porch and outdoor space. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great spot for our family stay in MV

This cozy home had all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay! We absolutely loved the outdoor space and the location to Oak Buffs attractions! Tony’s store located down the street was also super convenient for us! We rented bikes from All Star where they got us bikes quickly and competitively priced and we biked all over which was great since we didn’t have a car with us for our short stay. We will definitely come back to this comfy VRBO gem! Also I always have tons of questions and Edina was very responsive and helpful. Renting the linens was also helpful as we didn’t want to lug them so that is something to consider. For a smaller group, this home is amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Location and Outdoor Space

This home was set up perfectly as a rental given that it is an older home. They maintained the charm of the home while adding the appropriate modern amenities. That being said, some important information is difficult to find while browsing the listing. To begin with, they do not supply essentials specifically linens. You will need to bring them with you or you have the option to rent them from a local company. Renting worked out just fine. Additionally, the bathroom does not have a real shower. It is a beautiful classic tub with a detachable faucet but it is not standing up like a shower. There is however the most amazing outdoor shower that may be the highlight of the home! Overall, a great place to stay!

Paradise in OB!

Fabulous stay in OB. We loved loved loved this cottage! The decor is elegant, modern yet comfortable. We felt like we had escaped to our very own beach cottage. The house was equipped like a 5 Star hotel – with every single amenity you could possibly need.! The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Each room had a Smart TV which allowed each of us to watch our favorite shows. The beds were comfortable, and the outdoor shower was a refreshing treat. Our favorite place was the deck and the front porch! We hung out outside every day and spend every morning drinking our coffee in the rockers. It was hard to leave this little slice of paradise. Thank you for the thorough communication and checking in on us periodically. We'll definitely be back!

Loud Instrusive Landscapers with no Privacy & Inhospitable Host

I've been a VRBO renter for 15+ years so I can sense a problematic host almost immediately....so I document, take photos/videos and keep proof of EVERYTHING. The house itself is very cute, well furnished with BEAUTIFUL porch and backyard elements. This host, however, was inhospitable, rude, deceptive, manipulative, and admitted to spying on us (from next door). Furthermore, contractors, furniture delivery men, and landscapers were present in the backyard 4 out of the 7 days of our stay...sometimes showing up unannounced!! It felt like we were non-paying guests of the host....like our presence financed but inconvenienced the completion of the host's backyard. One day in particular contractors were present from morning until evening with power tools, drilling, moving our possessions, rendering the backyard completely unavailable. The host's response, verbatim: "Thank you for the feedback Stephanie! I will make sure to add to the description that services to maintain the property and keep the integrity of the pictures on the site are on going from week to week." This work was not maintenance, it was construction, it was obtrusive, and we were not given the option to opt out. We had zero privacy. Full transparency: due to unforseen circumstances and having a newborn, we checked out 2 hours late (12 Noon). As we were packing the car, the host showed up, blocked our car in the driveway, and confronted us, acusing us of intentionally misrepresenting our party because we had 3 adults and 1 newborn instead of the 4 adults we initially noted (we were unable to get a sitter). The host implied that this difference (adult vs newborn) was problematic, she found out through spying on us from next door and seeing us around the island with a baby. Why would we need to hide having a newborn?? He doesn't even walk. During this confrontation the host said she would not charge us extra and overlook the baby if we gave her a positive review. Who charges extra for a newborn?! I believe she knew how foul it was to have ongoing construction during a guest's stay and tried to use our baby as leverage to get a good review and in doing so admitted to spying on us. Tote Inappropes! . I hope the host finishes the work on her backyard before the next guest and outsources guest relations.

The perfect MV getaway!

This beautifully decorated cottage was just what we needed to relax and enjoy each other's company. The house was walking distance to Inkwell and Circuit Avenue. We enjoyed days of sun and sand and evenings in the lovely shops, galleries and eateries. The outdoor porch and backyard make it the perfect vineyard spot for friends or family!
