Modern Cottage Walk To Town & Beach

  • Enjoy one of Oak Bluffs’ newest accommodations perched at the peak of the Highlands boasting just a 10 minute walk to town center and beaches.

    This home just completed a full (100%) renovation of its original 1900 build that has transformed everything from all rooms & living spaces along with associated appliances & fixtures, landscaping and outdoor amenities.

    This fully renovated property boasts all new accommodations including:


    OUTDOORS

    - Wraparound porch with seating to enjoy views of the private yard or to observe passersby from the front of the house

    - Semicircular drive with private parking for 2 vehicles and access to a dedicated EV/Tesla charger

    - Private patio with hot tub, lounge seating, outdoor dinning and grill area

    - Rear lawn with fire pit, space for games and fun

    - Outdoor shower to use upon returning from the beach


    FIRST FLOOR

    - You will be greeted by an open 1st floor plan with living, kitchen and dining areas

    - Features include wood floors throughout, independent AC, wolf & sub-zero appliances, French doors opening to the porch and patio

    - Rear of the home hosts a large pantry, mudroom rear-entry, half bath and complete laundry room


    SECOND FLOOR

    - Includes 3 bedrooms with raised vaulted ceilings and a bonus sunroom space, all with independent AC (mini splits) units

    - Two full baths with specialty features including a shared hall bath with spa-like wet room, Kohler fixtures and large soaker tub

    - Second bath is ensuite to the primary bedroom and has shower massage jets; and skylight windows adorn both bedroom & bath

    - Three balconies off of two bedrooms and the sunroom provide seating space and views over looking three different directions of the home


    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

    It will sleep up to 8 people.

    - Primary bedroom has a queen (2)

    - Second bedroom has a queen (2)

    - Third bedroom has a queen bed (2)

    - Sunroom can also sleep (2)

    Guests can use all parts of the home except the basement and 2 hall closets on the second floor that are for cleaning crew supplies and owner storage.

Great stay! House is gorgeous and hosts are very nice and quick to respond. Would have loved a few more amenities such as beach items and extra toiletries but would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The location is convenient to both Vineyard Haven and the center of Oak Bluffs. The decor and furnishings were very nice, and everything we needed for our stay was in the house. Overall a lovely time!

We had an amazing stay. The house is immaculate and perfectly located. Easy walk to Oak Bluffs town and beach. The grounds are perfectly manicured with gorgeous hydrangeas. The hot-tub was wonderful and the grill was clean and new. We enjoyed the high-end appliances in the kitchen and playing games in the living room around the giant coffee table. Great house for large families. It was our first trip to MV and this house was the perfect choice for comfort and location.

Absolutely Incredible

We came to MV with a group of 8 and this house was a dream. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The beds were so comfortable, and all products and finishes were top of the line. You can tell they put a lot thought (and love!) into every inch of this house. Definitely not your typical rental, it’s more of a home. The location was amazing too, easy 10min walk downtown! Cant wait to come back!

The home was gorgeously renovated and comes equipped with many extras from the outdoor entertaining area with grills, fire pit, and hot tub to a cooks dream kitchen filled with everything you need to make a great meal. We also enjoyed that there were many different board games and books to enjoy, and no one had to worry about running out of the necessities like TP. Even better was the location where it is a short half mile to the middle of downtown. Going to backdoor donuts late night was a hit. The beds were also very comfortable, and each room has its own mini split to ensure you can sleep at the right temperature. We were happy we brought our sound machines as the home is on a busier road, but overall, it was certainly a great place to gather and enjoy the beautiful island!
