"Construction was happening but the front desk clerk, Geoffrey was incredibly helpful with instructions for driving, parking, etc.. Very clear and thorough.

"We love staying at the Even Hotel as we can walk to downtown Rochester, plus the bike path and pickleball courts are close by. The shower floor had hair in the corner of the shower otherwise I would have given cleanliness 5 stars too."

"I HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel! We will definitely return for another stay! Their staff and valet attendees were soooo friendly, polite, and professional. The hotel itself and the room was clean and lovely. The restaurant Pittsburgh Blue inside the restaurant had wonderful food and service, along with the other restaurant that is also in the hotel. We ate breakfast there and it's fantastic! Stay at this hotel, you will love it!"

"Best breakfast provided in area. Room cleaned every other day. Great location if using Mayo hospitals. Hotel shuttle top shelf. Drivers very helpful. Work out room spotless always. Best large lobby for use to eat order out or watch tv with refreshments. Parking inside if desired. Beautiful long trail system right out door for miles. I spent 28 days while having treatments. Hotel staff top shelf."

Panera's and Buffalo Wild Wings next door was so convenient. Used the workout room, the pool and took a few trips down the walking trails right next to the building. Used the shuttle to the Mayo clinic which was right on time both ways and the driver was also very nice. We enjoyed our stay here a lot and...

"Great place to stay if going to Mayo. You don’t have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. There’s room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. "Kitchen was good for an extended stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks. It was more convenient to be able to prepare our own meals instead of going out for each. The skywalks made the walk to the clinic easy so we did not have to rent a car, worry about parking and we saved a lot of money by dping that. It also provided us with a good workout going back and forth. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We will come back again. "

"My friend and I stayed here when I was having surgery. Obviously the hospital is across the street which made it convenient and an obvious choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint regarding the room is that it was very muggy which made the bedding feel damp and we could really smell the laundry detergent because of it, which was not a deal breaker by any means. While I was in the hospital for surgery, my friend strolled around the area. He said that there was a lot of nice...
