"We loved our stay at Samplangan Penida Resort. The resort was beautiful, the infinity pool had exceptional views, and Ogi and her team were outstanding in making sure that we were well looked after in every respect. We had a total of 6 meals at the resort and everything was delicious. Even when the entire village had a blackout, the chef was able to prepare a really wonderful dinner for us. If you're thinking of visiting Nusa Penida, Samplangan Penida Resort IS the best place to stay. Period. "

"Vi bookede last minute, da hotellet vi boede på, havde dyr på værelset. Dette var dog ikke bedre. Døde fluer på gulvet samt laver der kom ind uden vi vidste hvor fra. Toilettet var ikke rent, og det lugtede af skimmelsvamp, desværre. Pool området så fint ud, men vi benyttede det ikke, da vi checkede ind om aftenen, og hurtigt ud igen dagen efter, for at finde et nyt hotel."

"Nice place near the Beach and snorkel opportunities. Nice food. Be aware that there is a noisy Road just behind the bungalow. A bit overpriced though if you compare similar standard with Thailand. But overall a nice stay for 3 days as we spent there. "

"Nice family operated place providing great service in a rural area! Place is well maintained and staff super friendly. My only disappointment was that just around the guest area there is a lot of plastic trash and rust metal. I believe it is in their reach to tidy it up. Internet is fast and good, but for some reason could not send emails (yes receiving), and some websites were blocked.
