"I was in Mazatlán and I came across this property. There was no days blocked off on the calendar for the days I chose to stay so I booked it. I paid just shy of 2900.00 and after the payment was accepted the host messaged me and said that I cannot have the house as there is already people staying at this house. Well I booked this house on December 3rd and because I booked it within the 24hr time frame I couldn’t cancel. So I have been back and forth with VRBO about this issue. It is now December...

"The resort overall is ok. They have a really high security. If you leave the resort they can call you a taxi and everyone that comes in they have 2 check points where they take their car plates and names and who are they taking from the resort and where are they heading to. The resort is very close to the airport 15 minutes but to actually get to visit Mazatlán is about 40 minutes away and the taxi is $70. Because they know all this their shopping center prices are high. The rooms are clean...

"Los espacios de la propiedad se mantiene en excelente condiciónes y es un lugar tranquilo para relajarse, solo tuvimos un inconveniente con la habitación que no contaba con frigobar, de los espacios falta una tiendita cerca con algunas cosas básicas, porque solo hay una que está lejana de las villas y una sombra en la alberca estaría genial."

"Lo malo fue el descontrol que tienen al hacer check Inn, me dan mi llave y subo al 5to piso y resulta que estaban maletas de otra familia, afortunadamente no había gente y bajé a lobby a reportar. Tuvieron que darme otra habitación. Pero me dan acceso con la llave, después de eso, siempre ponía seguro en puerta, no fuera a pasar que alguien quisiera abrir mi puerta."
