[THINGS TO SEE / DO] Spend a pleasant day at La Flèche Zoo, less than 30 minutes away, which houses 1,500 animals from Asia, Africa, and America (discounted admissions available at the cottage). Baugé-en-Anjou, 20 minutes away, also offers interesting tours of the 1675 apothecary and the Château de Baugé. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. Also discover the nearby vineyards of Saumur, Bourgueil, and Chinon. Tours is 50 minutes away, Angers is 1 hour away.

On the first floor, a very bright living room with unobstructed views of the countryside to the east and west. A comfortable dining area, a small living room with a smart TV, and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen provide direct access to the 30 m² terrace on stilts. The sleeping area features three bedrooms (8.6 to 10 m²), each with a 140 x 190 cm bed. The third bedroom also offers a 90 x 190 cm bunk bed. A bathroom with a vanity unit and a large walk-in shower is also available. A separate toilet is also available.

The garden furniture is available to enjoy the lovely view of the fields from the terrace. In case of extreme heat, a second garden furniture set is provided under the terrace to enjoy a shaded spot on the garden level. The outdoor area, currently being developed, consists of a 180m² garden and a 120m² gravel area. The 70m² garage is ideal for bikers or cyclists to safely store their equipment. It's also the perfect place for little ones to play in case of rain.
