"Excelent hotel with beautiful views and beaches."

"Upon arrival, we were made aware that our rooms was ready and we could get into them, they did a decent job of checking us in. But, upon arriving in the room, it smelled of Mildew, and was not attractive. We quickly went back to the counter, and the found another room for us. Which is by far beyond the expectations in a summer period hotel in Spain. The rooms themselves showed a lot of wear and tear, and would benefit from an overhaul, as frames of the door was coming of, the WIFI didn’t work,...

"It is a beutiful hotel which is also expected from this type of hotel. Likevise I expected extremely good service which did not live up to my expectations. The staff was all friendly and polite but the check in was very unorganised which lead to a longer que than necesary. The Lunch in the pool bar was a disaster and we waited too long and only received half of our drinks. The halls on the lower floor i.e. room 201 etc. is run down and not as nice as top floors.
