This modern villa located in Novigrad is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in Istria. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and cozy design.

The ground floor features a spacious living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a guest toilet and a sauna for complete relaxation. Large glass doors lead directly to the covered terrace, furnished with outdoor seating and a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.

On the first floor, there are three elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a shared balcony overlooking the surroundings. The spacious, fully fenced garden provides peace, privacy, and plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment.

Guests have access to a private swimming pool, Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, bed linen, and towels. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of €25 per day. A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Pets are not allowed.
