Stella Marina is one of four lovely independent apartments that are part of the same property, just a few steps from San Lorenzo’s beach, near Marzamemi.

These standalone apartments have been recently renovated and consist of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all of them with their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. The cozy, well-proportioned interiors come complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and BBQ.

Stella Marina is 60 m2, with 50 m2 terrace and 150 m2 garden, it features on the ground floor the kitchen/living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 further double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside, it has a veranda, garden and sun terrace.

Stella Marina is the perfect spot for relaxing beach holidays, the property is also an excellent base for excursions. The close Vendicari nature reserve, the characteristic villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse are all a short drive away.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible (from 04/07/26 to 29/08/26 arrival on Saturdays).
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 40 (subject to prior agreement).
Early departure charged: € 40
A security deposit of 200 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 200 kwh (over 200 kwh an extra charge of € 0,60 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, bath and beach towels, weekly tidying-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms (1 hour), cot, welcome basket (local items).
Tourist tax: 3.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights, to pay cash on arrival.
