MARZA RESIDENCE - AZZURRA AND SABBIA
Villas Azzurra and Sabbia, two modern houses located on the same estate, just a few metres from each other, with views over the sea, large terrace equipped with comfortable seating, a private pools. The property is close to the charming fishing village of Marzamemi and it is only a short drive distance away from the beautiful baroque towns of Noto and Syracuse.

VILLA AZZURRA - Sleeps 8
The house develops over two floors. On the ground floor, we find the living room with dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area consider of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one normal double bedroom and one bedroom that can be either with two single beds or a double bed (by joining the two beds together). There is a second separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor (accessed from the outside only), we find a 4th bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Here, we also have access to the outdoor terrace. The access is from the outside only. Here, we find the covered terrace with sun lounges, table and chairs, with a wonderful view of the sea.

Outside, the house is surrounded by more terraces, with comfortable seating, table and chairs for al-fresco dining, a private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open all year round)

VILLA SABBIA - Sleeps 8
The villa develops over two floors. Inside, we find a bright living room with sofas, dining table, kitchen area and direct access to the outdoor terrace and pool. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with normal double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, one other double bedroom. There is one other separate bathroom with shower. On the first floor, we find the roof terrace, partially covered and equipped with sun lounges, coffee table and chairs, perfect for an al-fresco breakfast while enjoying the beautiful sea views. As well as 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, accessed from the outside only.

Outside, the villa offer a private garden with private swimming pool (5x3m; 1.3m deep; open from January 1 to December 31). By the pool, we have sun lounges and a covered terrace with table and chairs.
