Situated in the coveted K Section of Guiones Beach, Nosara, Costa Rica, these villas offer a peaceful retreat just a short stroll from the pristine surf and white sandy shores. Unlike many rentals in Nosara that are adjacent to busy roads, these homes provide enhanced privacy and tranquility, creating a serene environment unmatched by most in the area.

Four Winds is a true oasis nestled in the heart of the K Section, accessible via a private driveway and surrounded by lush tropical jungle teeming with monkeys and vibrant birds—an ideal setting for an authentic Costa Rican escape. While there was some construction noise in the past, we are now delighted to enjoy peace and quiet on the property.

This exquisite custom home features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, meticulously crafted by one of the region’s top builders and maintained to the highest standards. Designed with both seasoned travelers and newcomers in mind, this residence offers comfort and convenience at every turn.

The entire house, including the spacious main living area and fully equipped kitchen, is air-conditioned for your comfort. The kitchen is modern, well-appointed, and regularly updated to ensure you have everything you need to prepare meals with ease.

The spacious exterior porch offers ample comfortable seating for everyone to relax and enjoy the poolside ambiance. Please be aware that the pool is not fenced, so it may not be suitable for families with young children.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen-sized lower bed and a single upper bed. The third bedroom and bathroom are conveniently situated on the ground level with a separate entrance, providing added privacy. This bedroom is equipped with a table and desk, making it an ideal workspace for those who need to work during their stay.

Weekly cleaning services are provided for stays of six days or longer. Although the laundry room is designated for use by our cleaning staff, we are happy to offer laundry service once a week for guests staying six days or more.

Water concerns have been addressed through a cutting-edge backup system that guarantees full water pressure 24/7 under all conditions. Our dedicated gardener, Jorge, tends to the beautifully maintained one-acre grounds three days a week, ensuring the gardens remain immaculate and safe.

The home features reliable fiber-optic internet throughout the property with wireless connectivity for your convenience.

Members of the Four Winds management team are readily available to assist you both before and during your stay. The K Section is a predominantly residential neighborhood, offering a peaceful and quiet environment while remaining conveniently close to restaurants and shops. Playa Guiones is best explored on foot, but you may also enjoy touring the area on an ATV or a gas-powered golf cart. Ample parking is available for these vehicles, as well as for a car if you prefer to explore comfortably with air conditioning.
