Villa L - 2 Bedroom Casita

Step into Villa L, an upscale and modern retreat that offers a luxurious stay. As the second-largest villa at FLOW, it boasts a master bedroom and a twin room, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The twin beds also feature trundle beds, providing additional sleeping arrangements and flexibility for your group. This villa comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Note: the bedrooms are not connected.

Best Location!

We loved our stay here at FLOW. The location was amazing-- walkable to everywhere in town and to the beach. Having the enclosed parking area was great too! Plenty of space to hang out both inside and outside for a family of 5.

Great stay!

The casita was amazingly nice, the location was perfect. Away from the busier streets, it was an incredible place to retreat to. Everything was well-kept, clean, and comfortable. Communication was excellent before and during our visit, very helpful. Will definitely consider staying again if we come through Playa Guiones. Thank you!

FLOW was great!

Loved the property, management was very responsive and helpful. Loved the location because you felt remote as far as lots of trees around and privacy but then you can easily walk to so many shops and restaurants and the beach (know that the streets are dirt and very muddy after rain). There were more insects inside than we are used to (ants mostly) but it is the jungle so we just adjusted our expectations. Overall we would stay here again and really enjoyed it.

Awesome property

I’ll start off by saying that it rained 95% of the time we were there, so we spent our fair share of time at the property. With that being said, the dryer came in handy! The property exceeded our expectations. First off, the location was great. Close to plenty of shops, food, surf shots and the beach. We loved that the rooms were separate from the living space. The property management team was great! They were always available whenever we needed. We would stay again.

Incredible Stay at Flow Villa L

My wife and I stayed at Flow Villa L for our honeymoon and the home was amazing (personally sell res real estate in US). Incredible property that is in one of the best locations in Nosara, close to the beach and short walk to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend you stay at any of the flow properties. The pool is a perfect dunk pool, and backing to the jungle! The Outdoor shower is a game changer post beach for your stay,! The whole staff was top notch throughout the duration of our stay, Valery who was on site was so supportive nice and gave us great recommendations during our stay! 10/5 stars, we can’t wait to go back and bring our family with us! Thank you!

Great Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay in FLOW (unit L). Communication with the property management company was excellent! We loved the bottled water that was provided as well :) Having a mid-week cleaning was nice and they came to clean the pool area a couple of times which was great. Location in Nosara was great and very central. Close to the beach. Renting a golf cart isn't necessary but highly recommended and made traveling around super easy. Once thing we were not prepared for was the layout of the casita. Our daughters are 18+ so it worked fine for us but if we had littles, I would be a bit more nervous. We didn't expect there to be separate entrances for each bedroom and the main room. We were able to fit the three girls in the second room but it was tight. We are very happy with our experience!

Great Location - would stay here again

This was my third visit to Nosara. The location of FLOW is great - close to everything and on a quiet street. We appreciated the gated parking area and the evening security. The layout of the house worked well for two couples, and the pool area was really enjoyable.I expected a bit more customer service from the local management company. A drip coffee maker is provided but there were no filters. We inquired and were told if we did not find any, we could buy some; however, they found some and brought them to the house. The water dispenser was a great amenity. When it ran out and we asked for another 5-gallon jug, and we were told after it was delivered it would be 10. After stating it would have been nice to know that upfront, Rick said the water was on them. Power outages are not unusual, and we know that after six trips to Costa Rica. One day the power had been out for 3 hours in the heat of the day, I asked the management company if they had any idea how much longer it would be, and I was told they don't handle that information. So, we walked over to a business, asked them if they knew. They had called the appropriate number to report the outage, knew the cause of the outage and the efforts being made to restore the power. I passed that info on to the management company so they would be informed in case any renters were asking. SO, with all that said, I would stay at FLOW again but with expectations based on this experience.

Perfect Family Surf Trip

We loved our stay at FLOW. The location was amazing - super close to all the restaurants, shops and beach rentals. The home was clean and comfortable and the property managers were very responsive and welcoming. Could not have asked for a better place to set up home for a week of beach and surfing in Costa Rica!

Wonderful, close to everything

We loved our two weeks at Casa flow! We were close to everything, yoga, beach, restaurants. Older kids were able to walk into town by themselves and we parents were able to go out to dinner and leave the kids home because they were close and there’s a security guard in the evenings. House was very clean, everything worked perfectly, no issues.

Great place in central Nosara town

Thai property is beautiful! We used the pool daily along with the pool lanai for yoga. We loved being able to walk to the beach to surf and all the restaurants for all amazing meals. The property management team was very helpful and quick to communicate. The guest book needs a little updating but our questions were answered by the property managers. Would be great for a family of 4 or 2 couples. We really liked the outdoor shower area as well. We would come back here again!

Great, private stay in Nosara

We loved the proximity to the town and the beach of this property. Also really nice to have a private pool, outdoor shower and BBQ! The photos shown were not an exact reflection of the current state of the villa. The kitchen was a bit rundown - the top dishwasher drawer didn’t open properly, the glasses were cloudy. Also, there were ants crawling through the bathrooms, debris from the ceiling that would fall on the white linen of the bed and the BBQ ignition didn’t work. We never heard back from the Nosara Beach Management team about whether the dishwasher drawer could be repaired or if they would provide a lighter, so we put up with the dishwasher (annoying - as the top drawer only opened half way) and decided to buy a lighter ourself. Overall a great stay, but a few things could be improved to make it excellent.

Great Location/Amazing Staff

The property is exactly as described. We stayed with our two girls (5&7) and the layout was perfect! Our girls loved the pool. The property feels secluded yet close to everything. My wife loved walking around the corner to Destiny’s for breakfast. There is beach access there as well. The concierge service was incredible. Grace answered all my questions weeks before arrival. Once we arrived she was always available. We realized we would need a golf cart and she had one delivered. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Beach Pad in the Jungle

We loved the Flow - Casita at Playa Guiones. Lot's of space for the family and incredible indoor/outdoor flow. Kid's loved the pool and maybe more than anything we all loved the outdoor shower which is a game changer for keeping sand out of the house. Place is very much within walking distance of town and the beach. Staff is super friendly and we did our best to practice as much Spanish as possible with the Pool Guy and the Evening Caretaker. We really enjoyed checking in with Rick too. The only thing that sucked was leaving.

Perfect Layout

Flow Casita is the perfect layout for a family or two couples. The bedrooms both being off set from the main living area allows both the early birds and the night owls the opportunity to enjoy the space without disturbing the others! It was a short walk to the beach and many options for dining or excursions all close by! We did have a few ants but you’re in paradise so that is to be expected. We also had a mishap and damaged one of the screens but the Flow team was quick and understanding in getting it fixed! We were the only guests in the compound that we could tell so it was pretty quiet other than construction noise from nearby.

Excellent Stay

Beautiful property in the heart of Guiones and still feels private and peaceful. We stayed with 3 kids ages 8, 9 and 11 and the layout worked well with the kids sharing a room. The pool is great to take a dip in the hot afternoons. We will come back and stay here again!

Wonderful trip to Nosara

Loved the Casita! Wonderful access to town - short walk to beach. Perhaps would go for more direct, private path to beach next time, but this worked just fine! Everyone was very helpful with arranging various activities for our family. We will be back!

The property is more beautiful and serene than the pictures! We had a wonderful stay. Management was very helpful with stocking the house with groceries and helping during our stay. Perfect stay at this beautiful home!

Our stay at flow was perfect! Luz is a gem and was so helpful and nice before we arrived and then during our stay. A switch on the wall that controlled the fan broke (things happen) and the maintenance team was there that same afternoon to fix it. Wonderful location, short walk to the beach and to all of the little shops and restaurant a in north guiones. We rented a golf cart (our kids loved it) from Limo Dan which was great to get around all of guiones, over to playa pelada for yummy lunch at La Luna and over to south guiones to the Bodhi Tree for massages- some of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Julian is a fantastic massage therapist, he has a gift! The house had everything we needed. We used the outdoor shower (with hot water!) upon returning from the beach every day. We swam in the beautiful pool several times a day and even in the evenings. We slept so well- the beds are super comfy and both kings! The security guard that came every night was a nice feature and he was so nice. It was reassuring to know the home was safe while we went out for dinner. There was a very attentive team that kept the property clean- pool, landscaping etc. The home is modern, clean, safe and beautiful! We stayed at two homes during our stay, both great, but we really like the peacefulness of flow house as it is not on the busy main road. Thanks for a perfect vacation!

Great place

FLOW is a great place to stay if you are interested in being close to town and the beach but still have some privacy. It's the perfect place for a family of four, or two couples. The bedrooms were comfortable (each with their own A/C unit), the pool is a nice addition, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The sofa isn't the best for lounging, but we still managed. Luz was very helpful with our questions. The location is excellent--walking distance to Nosara Surf School, lots of restaurants, and the beach. Would stay here again for sure!
