"My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....

"I love older houses, this one was charming, clean and pefect for our family. It had a fully fenced back yard for the dog, a pond and wasn't far from anything. A great stay!"

"Our recent stay at the Bow House exceeded expectations.We were in the area for the U.S. Coast Guard Academy's Family weekend. The Bow House is located in the small coastal town of Niantic. "We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Last House Colonial Home. It had plenty of room to accommodate our family, and the pool area was beautiful. The adults and children spent many hours cooling off in the water.The property management were very quick to respond to a few issues that occurred during our stay. They were excellent!!Families with small children need to be aware the stairway leading to the second floor bedrooms is narrow."
