Located in a quiet residential street surrounded by other houses and not far from convenience shops and some of Norwich's best takeaways. Only a 19-minute walk to the centre of Norwich and an 8-minute drive.

You’ll have an ideal base if you are coming to the area for a family vacation or you are in-between homes.


With all necessary home amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, Free Parking, and Coffee machine – all situated in central Norwich, you can be sure to create some lifetime memories.

If you are looking for a place to eat we suggest “Olive Pizzeria” their every dish on the menu is handmade using finely honed traditional Italian cooking techniques. It is only 3 minutes walking distance from the property.

And if you need some groceries there is a Tesco Express shop for all your needs just 3 minutes walking distance.
But if you are looking for a beautiful walk in nature we suggest you visit “Plantation Garden”. It is only an 8-minute walk from home and it is one of the most popular places by locals.

This cosy house is located in the central area of Norwich with a 10 minutes walk to get to the city centre and quick access to the main transport routes such as the A47 if you do decide to explore Norfolk Broads.


If you are visiting with your partner we suggest you visit Mousehold Heath for the best sunsets in Norwich. It takes around 10 minutes to drive, but every minute of that is worth the view.

And one of the cheapest rates for car hire that we found is “Norwich Car Hire” - we suggest you book your car as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the opportunity.

House Rules
- No smoking indoors (use outdoor areas & ashtrays provided).
- No pets.
- Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
- Quiet hours: 9 pm – 8 am (weekdays), 11 pm – 8 am (weekends).

Damages
We understand accidents happen! Let us know if anything breaks so we can replace it for the next guests. We won’t charge for minor breakages like crockery.

Terms of Stay
A digitally signed agreement is required for bookings (sent via email) and we ask for ID to be provided. We take a security deposit or rental waiver for protection.

Extras
- Travel cot & high chair available for £30 (request 24 hours before check-in).
- UK bed sizes apply.
