Bedroom 1 – King bed, en-suite with shower, toilet and hand basin.
Bedroom 2 – Double Bed.
Bedroom 3 – Bunk beds – Single over Double bed.

Bed linen provided.

En-suite bathroom in King bedroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.

Family bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and hand basin.

Starter toilet roll provided.
Hand and bath towels provided for number of guests staying.

Open Plan Kitchen, Living and Dining Area

Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery, dining and cooking essentials.

Tea towels, J cloth, sponge, washing up liquid, antibacterial surface cleaner, hand wash, dishwasher tablets and a starter kitchen roll are provided.

Dining area with table and chairs for 7 guests and lounge with Smart TV. The double French doors lead to the decked veranda and decking with dining furniture and to the waters edge with quay headed mooring.

Mooring and Parking

Quay headed mooring – please advise if you are bringing a boat. Slip way available, please request.

Private parking for 3 cars (depending on size – please check).

Dog Friendly Holidays

Our lodges are dog friendly. Max 2 dogs – £30 charge per pet applies - Requests and payments must be made directly with us.

Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Shed with fish bait fridge and sun-loungers.
Fishing permitted in season only. Rod license required.
Ground Floor accessed via ramp.
Please note: There is an unfenced river at the end of the decking.
