Pensthorpe Natural Park provides a quieter outing, with bird hides, otters, and riverside footpaths. Sandringham Estate, the Royal Family's Norfolk residence, opens its gardens and grounds to visitors.

The front door opens into a hallway that leads through to the lounge, where two comfortable sofas and a dining table fill the room. A TV and DVD player sit in the corner for evening entertainment. The kitchen opens off the living area, with a microwave, dishwasher, and worktop space for preparing meals. Moving through to the bedrooms, the double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a dressing table, with enough room to unpack properly and settle in for the week. Across the hall, the twin bedroom has two single beds, its own built-in wardrobe, and a dressing table, making it a good fit for children or friends sharing. A doorway from the hall leads to the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. With the lounge, kitchen, two bedrooms, and bathroom all connecting off the central hallway, the layout is easy to navigate.

A private patio with a table and chairs provides space for outdoor dining. On-site, shared with other guests and visitors to the development, are a heated pool, two 18-hole championship golf courses, a fitness centre, and a spa with treatments available. Golf is included for the duration of the stay, and leisure passes for the gym, tennis, table tennis, and squash court can be purchased separately. Swimming for children under 16 is restricted to scheduled family sessions. Parking is available on-site.
