"The resort was nice and clean. Friendly front desk employees but the restaurant employees could use some customer service training. I honestly booked this resort basic on the description of the location. It was walking distance to the boardwalk so I was thinking perfect its by more restaurants and shopping. The so call "boardwalk " is a ghost town. Maybe 4 stores and a lot of empty buildings. My husband and I was very disappointed. So DO NOT GO TO BOSSIER CITY unless you just want to gamble...

"Where do I even start…the parking lot was filled with tree service trucks making it hard for anyone to park. Checked into the room and immediately went out not knowing there were roaches in the room! So, by the time I got settled in the front desk was closed so I called the front desk number and notified them about the roaches and was told someone was coming down.
