"Excellent staff and my only complaint is that the window in room allows air through during high winds. Appears someone tried to use duct tape to block it but didn’t work."

"Buffet breakfast was good, beds, A/C great. Salvador at the front desk was quick and super friendly. Unfortunately, no cups or glasses in the room, and the shower had such poor water pressure as to be unusable for washing hair."

"Our room faced the highway so we needed earplugs to sleep, the room was hot when we arrived but the ac kept up well once kicked on. TP was see through but plentiful."

"Beautiful hotel, we had a suite with separate living area. The bathroom door had no handle to slide and would not close properly. We did get stuck in 1 of the elevators due to the door not wanting to open properly.. notified staff."

"Very clean, easy check-in. The breakfast was great! The blackout curtains were especially needed since the bed was as hard as a rock."

"We wound up having a death in the family and everyone was over helpful and kind to us. They helped us make arrangements to come back for the funeral and made a bad situation so very easy and smooth."

"Bathroom was a little dirty and looked like it was used due to the water droplets left in the tub. I wish there was more of a selection for breakfast, there was a choice of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and plain Cheerios, bread and banana; but honestly not that big of a deal because the best part of it all was that I felt SAFE! As a single woman traveling alone the atmosphere was calm and I wasn’t bothered by anyone."

"Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay."

"I booked through expedia for a room that said it could sleep 6 people with a king bed and a pull out couch (we have 4 little kids). When we got there, they said they dont have any rooms that sleep six people, and we had to get a roll away bed. It worked out okay, since our kids are small, but definitely not what we were expecting. The room was clean and i liked that it had vinyl floor and not carpet. The breakfast was so-so, same thing every single morning. Staff was friendly. "
