"Great spacious apartment on the ground floor with a big yard with a deck and fire pit. Very quiet area and a park with tennis courts and basketball courts close by. The area is growing and more shops, bars and restaurants opening up. Check out Monty’s, fuzzy cactus, Julio’s bagels (great coffee) and Smokey mug for breakfast or bbq. Highly recommend and the host was super responsive and helpful. "

"Property is located north of center city in a neighborhood of mostly small businesses. Building and grounds look clean from the outside. Easy access from 301. Room was a good size with new beds, fridge, micro and TV. Walls were noticeably dirty and need fresh paint. No clothes rod or hooks. Tiny bath was sub-standard with mis-matched & patched ceramic tile. No electric outlets in the bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Tiny sink top had numerous cigarette burns and stains. "This hotel was everything I look for in a hotel when booking! It was super clean from walking the hotel entrance in to the room. Although the water pressure seemed a little low while showering and flushing of the toilet, it didn’t overshadow the good. This hotel didn’t serve complimentary breakfast, however they had purchasable items. It didn’t have a pool but it didn’t need one!
