"The Guest House is the perfect place for a fun getaway to see the city. The apartment was incredibly clean and well stocked with travel amenities. Check in was a breeze and check-out was even easier. There was mention of highway traffic noise in a previous review, but did not find it to be an issue as there was a white sound machine available for use. "The apartment was perfect. Awesome location! Easy to get downtown and surrounding areas. The host was very responsive and diligent. Community pool was one block away, with 20 tennis courts and playground. Had a wonderful time visiting my family. Thank you. "

"Very worn. Elevator and front dor out of order. Many rooms deemed unsafe (picture). Room without shower curtain and coffee cups. Not clean. Homeless people sleeping on the staircase. Seems like closing down? Price way too high for that quality!"

"It didn’t smell like garbage. It totally didn’t feel gross just standing in the bathroom. I most certainly did not almost gag when I first walked in. I didn’t get drunk in the parking lot with my friends either. I did bring a sleeping bag. "

"The house was great. Plenty of room for the entire group. The inside was well maintained and had updated amenities. It was a great deal for the money.
