"We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. "

"Absolutely wonderful, great location (near enough to town but in a quiet road opposite the park), easy parking, wonderful friendly staff. Room was large, clean and well appointed, WiFi good. We didn't do breakfast but used the restaurant which was very good, great choice and amazing food. Would thoroughly recommend it and would certainly use it again if back in Wolverhampton"

"Room was excellent. More detailed instructions on how to access the property would have helped, eg. Enter the car park and follow the lane at rear. "

"Excellent service. The room that I was allocated had a strong smell of aftershave. Mentioning this to the lady at the reception, she immediately arranged for me to change to another room that was also bigger. My only wish would have been working light at the desk. Besides this I was happy with my stay."
