"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. ? The sweet was cute and quaint. The grounds were saturated and it was raining during our stay so it was difficult to park into the gravel and walk across that grass over to the suite with our luggage and checking in and taking her things of all them stairs. We found no utensils and had nothing to stir our coffee with and we did not have any washcloths. The queen sweet bed was very comfortable. "Location was great! Apartment was clean and spacious. It was decorated in a boho chic style which was really cute. The beds were comfy and had tons of pillows. There were window unit ACs in each bedroom and the living room which kept the place nice and cool. We were within walking distance to restaurants and driving distance to WVU which was our purpose for traveling this trip. "Great experience overall! Just be cautious and don’t make the mistake I made and leave baked goods slightly unwrapped or else you will attract ants. My mistake! We could hear a few rowdy guests at the property down the road, but overall it felt private and quiet. We heard tons of birds and we were grateful for the dog tie in the yard."

"The house is as advertised… old, creaky, and crooked. It was warm and comfortable. My only complaint is the kitchen. There were very few pots and pans, only 3 forks & 3 spoons in the utensils drawer, and just not thoughtfully stocked. We messaged the owner because the faucet was extremely loose, and we got a quick reply that he would have someone look at later. It is definitely in need of some TLC. The downstairs apartment is cozy and quaint. A great little space. "
