"The staff was wonderful, they arranged transfers from Water Taxi to hotel and staff pickup us up and took us across the river on a boat. I believe we were the only 2 on site as it was off season she still made us bkft the next day. Oh she also arranged dinner bring brought to us. Jus make sure you take you mosquito spray."

"I had a king bed with a balcony. I spent a lot of time looking and listening to the waterfall over the pool. It was so peaceful. The restaurant on site was expensive. "A worn-down hotel on the shore of the Belize River. Room was OK, but not completely clean. We got spotty sheets with holes. The pools were filled with leaves, and we didn't see anyone use them at any point. Construction workers were fixing up the place, but they started cutting rocks at 7 am, which meant no more sleep for us. Not an enjoyable stay."

"We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay...

"The property was very well maintained. There was plenty of shade trees in and around the pool area. Check-in was very simple, parked our very large SUV behind the gate which made us feel safe. We walked around the area for dinner and felt safe. We did eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and was very delicious. The Eggs and Omelet were some of the best we have ever had! The staff all around made us feel comfortable. Please stay at this gem of a hotel!"

They provided transportaion from the airport and the ferry. The pool was amazing, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing and on top of it all. Communcation was very easy. "Our stay at Jovilee Hotel was exactly what we needed. The hotel is nice, safe and clean and has self parking on site. There is no restaurant in this hotel but there is an excellent chinese restaurant across the street and they deliver to your hotel room. The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We recommend the Jovilee Hotel and will stay there again when we return to Belice."

"This place was next to everywhere we wanted to be!! The staff was amazing !! Pablo made sure everything we needed we had. The rooms were not too much island vibes all the way. VERY COMFORTABLE SPACE. Only negative I could see was the bed had a dip in it in the middle but my man loved it .. smh. This was the get away we needed and they absolutely made it happen. Definitely going back. Thank you to the team."
