Located just 15 minutes from downtown Tobermory, 10 minutes from Bruce Peninsula National Park and the famous Grotto, and only 5 minutes from Singing Sands Beach, this cottage offers an ideal home base for a memorable family vacation in every season. With easy access to beaches, hiking trails, scenic lookouts, and iconic natural attractions, the location makes exploring the Bruce Peninsula both simple and enjoyable.

The cottage is set along Howard Bowman Drive, a private road on a small peninsula that is home to approximately 30 cottages. Many residents are retired and live here year-round, giving the area a quiet, respectful, and community-oriented atmosphere. Guests are asked to be mindful of the peaceful surroundings and natural environment, helping preserve the calm that makes this location so special.

The property features a long, wide driveway with ample space to comfortably accommodate three vehicles plus a boat trailer. A nearby boat ramp is easily accessible with any vehicle, making it convenient to launch kayaks, canoes, or other watercraft and enjoy time on the water without hassle.

Whether your plans include swimming at Singing Sands, hiking the Bruce Trail, exploring the Grotto’s turquoise caves, or enjoying Tobermory’s harbour, shops, and boat tours, everything is close at hand. Weather in Grey-Bruce can be unpredictable. Snow clearing follows a set schedule and is not on demand. Travel during storms is at your own risk, and cancellations due to weather do not alter the cancellation policy.
