"Great property right in the heart of Broadbeach. I stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was lovely, very comfortable and extremely convenient. I arrived late and was escorted to the East Tower internally where my apartment was situated. The apartment I had was beautifully appointed with a massive television and was extremely clean and modern. "

Yet, when you where keept awak well beyond 2am of music, and waking up at 5am of people showting their lungs out from the balcony below, one can get a bit fed up. Tiny chiwawas running around and barking in the hallway was also rather surprising, particularly as I was under the impression that this was a no pet hotel, with extensive CCTV. "It was a great option for a family with young children. Our kids loved the splash park, waterslides, and the various pools. Facilities were great. Location was convenient, close to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful."
