"There are no other hotels with a modern aesthetic in Chios. This hotel, across the street from the ocean, is a wonderful exception. Pros are architecture, reception area, meals and pool front rooms. Downside is somewhat uneven restaurant service with most wait staff needing a refresher course on the basics, very sparse rooms with not well thought out furniture arrangements, lots of kids, lots of smokers with wind blowing in your face, loud music at pool, no one allowed to sit in ocean view bar...

"The key card to the room had to be reactivated 8 times during my stay, no id needed, so security is not very high.
Quite annoying that the pool also was closed "for the season"
The walls are paper thin but that does not affect my compfort. other than that great simple breakfast with a variaty of stuff"

"Everything was very good. The breakfast, the pool area, music, pool bar food was also excellent. Close to Molyvos town and castle. Less than 5 min drive.
Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Rooms were spacious and clean and the views from the rooms and breakfast area are spectacular.
Molyvos doesn’t have any nice beaches, but recommend driving 10 min the Petra, the neighbouring town. They have a nice beach with beach bars and the town has many cute shops and tavernas.

"Godt hotel med venligt personale og rene værelser. God moegemad med masser at vælge imellem og fantastisk udsigt. Vi fik dog to enkeltsenge istedet for en dobbelt, men havde havudsigt selvom vi ikke havde betalt for det, så ikke et problem. Restauranten på hotellet er dyr og lidt prætentiøs, selvom udsigten over Agæer havet er smuk, så vil vi vælge at spise andetsteds en anden gange. Lækker rullestens strand ikke langt derfra, men pga den lidt afsides lokation vil jeg foreslå at leje bil."

One evening, my daughter got sick and threw up. As soon as they found out, they came and cleaned everything up and told us we could reach out to them anytime we needed. It was a wonderful vacation. "Zeer mooie lokatie met een prachtig uitzicht op het centrum van kokkari. Hotel ligt op een berg wat nog prima te lopen is. Op loop afstand van het centrum. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, en volop keus bij het ontbijt buffet. Ook het avobd buffet is gevarieerd en goed. Hotel beschikt over een gratis shuttle bus naar 3 strandjes (die ook lopend prima te bereiken zijn) kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima ingericht. Schoon en netjes iedere dag. "

The Molivos apartment was very nice and relaxing with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 2 verandas, kitchen. LR, communal pool, 2 extra sunbeds on the grass under a tree, and parking.
Perfect apartment for a family or friends. We are going again in July with our 21 and 23 year old children to have quality time.

"Super lækkert hotel - vi var 2 par som var meget tilfreds med alt på hotellet. Meget imødekommende personale og altid parat til at hjælpe. Der var rengøring og nye håndklæder på værelset hver dag. Fantastisk morgenmad buffe alt var lækkert anrettet og der var rigeligt af alt. 25 m til starnden ligger meget centralt. Et hotel vi helt klart vil booke igen hvis vi kommer til Kokkari igen."

You can go to chios with bus or taxi in 10 minute time. There are two really nice restaurant and cafes near the beach. The facilities are ok for us.
