"Quiet and clean, while still being convenient to the subway and bus lines and attractions. Breakfast was a nice touch with cereal, fruit, pastry and lots of tea options. Young vibe in the neighborhood because of the Berklee College of Music nearby. Lot of restaurants within walking distance, including many vegetarian-friendly. I especially liked the Pho Basil that was within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend."

They respected my allergy to down and provided an alternative upon arrival. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean and white. "

"Fab stay at CitizenM Boston Back Bay.
Amazing welcome and great room concept which worked well for us (a couple) for a few nights. Loved the light bright rooms and the huge window with some great views over the city. The housekeeping was also great while we were there.
Enjoyed the social lounges and outside terraces as well.
Location worked well for us, would use again and would also look at CitizenM options in other cities in the future."

"An amazing staff greeted us at the front door, quickly grabbing our luggage. The front desk staff was able to get us checked in hours early and gave us a complimentary upgrade with a view of Fenway Park. Upon hearing we were headed to the zoo, the front desk offered us cold bottles of water to take on our trip."

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.
Overall, a really fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
