"From start to finish - checked out a day early - everything was great! Walked in and was served right away. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, yogurts, and hot coffee. Had to check out a day early, and was refunded for the extra day I had prepaid. Forgot my allergy pillow when I checked out and they contacted me right away and...

"Thanks again Pinewood! We upgraded our room no problem on arrival. My family and I were comfortable and grateful for such a clean and lovely room. Check-in was easy and the staff were so friendly. Great price for a last minute upgrade. We will stay here again when we come back up North. Highly recommend! "
