"Two couples in town for a wedding. We hiked the area trails and dined at Cut River Grille multiple times - don’t miss it. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room to spread out and relax. Loved having a dining table big enough for everyone to eat and play games. The garage was definitely set up for fun. The host was great and communicated well. We really enjoyed having a property that allowed our coonhound to visit as well - he had a blast relaxing on the deck."

"Cabin is located on prime spot with beautiful view of the Rifle River. Cozy and quiet; exceptionally clean; well-stocked kitchen; beds very comfortable. Rained on and off the whole time, but it we still enjoyed campfires at night, and the raindrops falling on the river added to the serenity of this beautiful cabin. "When you arrive the outside appearance is simple & tidy. Upon entering you find an over the top clean home. The quality of the cleanliness & very new carpet gives the whole place a clean & fresh appearance. Kitchen is adequate with all new appliances. But it is small, especially the frig. I would make sure to have a cooler for the porch to keep drinks in if you are bringing in much food or beverage. "This little Lakehouse is perfect for a getaway. Super quiet area, peaceful, the lake is gorgeous, and the beds were so comfortable. Slept great! Would absolutely book again next time I’m in the area."

"This is a very nice well kept property, lots of room for a group of people. The house is very nice and clean. The host event has it stocked with everything but what you would need to eat. The host even had made a cake for us as a welcome to the property. "The place is nice, with nice finish/furnishings. BUT, one of the main reasons we booked here was for the hot tub, which apparently had already been winterized without telling anyone (including us). The management company was responsive, but their initial resolution was to refund the hot tub fee. I told them that wasn't good enough, and they agreed on a partial refund of $100 for our three night stay. So, not exactly what we expected, but it was okay.
