This single-storey barn conversion has three bedrooms, sleeps 6: a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double with a Smart TV and a twin with a Smart TV, along with a bathroom and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with another Smart TV and a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a hairdryer. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and a garden with a gravelled area and furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop in 0.6 miles and a pub in 1.7 miles. Note: Though the barn is single-storey, there are steps up into the property and throughout. Note: The garden is not enclosed and there is a pond nearby, children must be supervised at all times. The Barnhouse is a delightful base in the Norfolk countryside.

The ever-popular seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is worth the trip down the coast for its traditional charm and seaside entertainment, a great spot for a family day out.
