The studio is equipped with essential amenities, including an in-wall A/C and heating unit, a kitchen with a fridge, stove, and microwave, and a dining area perfect for enjoying meals with a view. Step outside onto your private deck, where you can relax with patio furniture and soak in the coastal ambiance. The Pagodas also feature a common picnic area with shared grills, ideal for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location, location, location!

I’ve been spending a week in the Cape every summer since I was a kid. In my 20s I wanted to be right in the heart of Provincetown but now as I’m a little bit older, I wanted to be able to pop down for dinner and drinks but not be in the thick of things. This location was absolutely amazing. Steps to the beach close enough to town to take a quick Uber in. Great location for a quick Uber to the Vineyard and a quick ride to the restaurants and Wellfleet. The condo itself was exactly what I needed small and cozy, but enough room for myself and Friend to have a great weekend

Annual trip was a breeze!

Seamless and comfortable. This was the perfect size for my husband and I , our daughter and son in law rented the unit above . The balcony is a huge plus, we had everything we needed and a great visit to Cape Cod, thinking of renting again next year ! Thank you

Can’t beat location

The view and accessibility to the beach made our family vacation perfect. The studio has everything you could need and was extremely comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was clean and quiet, we can’t recommend this place more!

Location was excellent and Solange was a very receptive host. The unit is quite small, so no room to store things and mini fridges hard to fit things in (no freezer) Great beach access, easy parking, and wonderful view from the balcony. Quick trip into Ptown and other excellent beaches.

The efficiency was nice and well equiped, the area is beautiful with the beach so close. Close to great dinning and shops. the only thing about the property was that the 2 burner stove top barely worked, so we were not able to make our breakfast.

Our annual getaway

We have stayed at the Pagodas each year for a week in September for the past 7 years. It’s small but clean, and has everything we need. We cook out on the grill and walk across the street to the beach. Our cozy retreat.

Really liked it, magnificent ocean view and Solange was so nice with us. Recommend it as a place to stay for a maximum of 3 personnes.

Ridiculously small and smelled very musty. The listing indicated it was small but there was no place to put anything away. There was a tall cupboard but all the "shelves" were full of extra bedding. There were drawers under the bed, but again 1 was full of a mattress pad and another one full of cleaning supplies. It needs to have some type of chest of drawers. The air conditioner smelled terrible...very musty. It was fairly cool while we were there so we didn't run it. However, only 1 small window opens and you can't sleep with the sliding door open because it doesn't lock. At least put in a fan. Would not stay here again.

We have stayed at the Pagodas many times; 1st time in this unit. Very clean, well equipped with many extra details to make the stay enjoyable. Comfy bed, and excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Spectacular views!

My husband and I found this property accidentally after finding out our usual place was already booked. We were very happy with this location and enjoyed our stay here very much! It was the perfect size for our short weekend getaway. The views were spectacular from our room, and nothing beat waking up to have morning coffee on the little deck, then finishing the night with a cocktail there as well.

Plus and minus

The location is ideal. It was very clean and the the neighberhood is very calm and peaceful. The only negative points are: sheets should de supplied at this price. It is a minimum. And the stove does not provide enough heat to prepare a decent meal.

My New Peaceful Get Away!

Welcoming vacation stay. Ocean out the window. Everything is so close to for enjoyment! We went on our first whale watch! Saw 25 humpback whales and 2 minke whales! Totally made the stay perfect! I feel like a whole new person! Would highly recommend the Pogdas!! ❤️❤️❤️

Perfect Labor Day weekend get away

We stayed in unit 9 with beautiful bay view. Perfect space for my husband and I. Accommodations very clean with all you will need with refrigerator and kitchen appliances like toaster oven top microwave and coffee maker. As well as dishes flatwear glasses etc. private beach across the street just heaven. So much to do with ptown national seashore and restaurants galore. Would advise making reservations for dinner. The red inn was pricey but well worth it. Have not one complaint. Give our short labor day get away a 5 star and will surely be staying there again. Property manager a breeze to work/communicate with.

Amazing location, responsive host

You cannot beat this location. My unit had a view of the ocean and the beach and I could practically roll out of my bed and onto the beach. Since this is inner cape, the water is calm and warmer. P town is a 10 min drive away and the road is by the ocean. If you don't want to drive and avoid parking hassle, a RTA bus goes into P town and a bus stop is right by the main entrance of the property. Solange is also a great host and was extremely responsive. 10/10 recommend.

Great location with amazing views

Clean cozy efficiency - perfect for couples wanting a quiet place to stay and explore the cape. Was close and convenient to everything but far enough away to just enjoy the quiet and beautiful views. We hope to come back next year and highly recommend this property 😃
