"I really wanted to like this boutique hotel—the decor was stylish, the room had a great vibe, and the location was convenient. On the surface, it checks a lot of boxes. However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. "Clean room and checked in early."

"Do not stay in room 101. The hotel was impeccable and we had a wonderful experience overall. However, every night we had to deal with loud drunks from the bar lounge area directly across from our room. I had to call and request the staff to ask the bar patrons to quiet down. This went late into the night. If we visit again we ask for a different room location. The hotel overall is amazing and we will definitely return, just not to room 101. "
