"Follow through is a problem at this hotel. Room was over the event space, so every night there is loud music below. The matter was brought to the staff at front desk, and I was told they will get me another room, and I never heard back. Restaurants have great food, but service is below average on all. "Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!!"

"We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! The condo itself gets a nice breeze from the lanai, but there is GREAT AC, if needed. The location is peaceful and the views of the golf course and trees are lovely. It's nice to be so close to Lei Lei's for a meal or even a to-go order. Oh, and the beds are SO SO...

"The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway.
