The well-appointed house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across four deluxe bedrooms, offering flexible configurations. The modern kitchen is fully self-contained, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and an electric oven/stove. Indoors, guests can relax in the lounge with a Smart TV and Netflix. Outdoors, you'll find a sparkling private pool, a BBQ, a fire pit, and extensive yard area, complemented by a balcony and patio. For convenience, a full internal laundry and an internal fireplace are also provided.
Please note there is a natural dam on the property (unfenced) so supervision of children is required.

You can indulge in boutique wine tasting at Tellace Wines, which is only a quick two-kilometre drive from your doorstep. For those interested in family-run vineyards, the peaceful and scenic Lucy’s Run Wines can be reached in approximately five kilometres. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to The Vintage Golf Club, the championship 18-hole course situated around eleven kilometres away. Furthermore, essential shops and supplies are available in the charming town of Greta, located just four kilometres from the retreat.

How We Price: The booking price is based on a minimum number of guests. Any guests above this number are chargeable on a per person/per night rate. The system will automatically calculate the correct rate when you enter the required number of guests. Reductions in guest numbers are non-refundable.
Arrival Details: Access to the property is made easy for you. We will send you an access code just before 2 pm on your arrival day via SMS and you will use this code for the duration of your stay.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in this property.
Linen: 1 set of full bed linens and 1 bath towel per person are supplied. Guests may wish to bring extra towels depending on the length of their stay. Pool/Lake/Beach towels are BYO.
Fires and Firewood: Internal wood fireplaces and outdoor fire pits only operate after the NSW Easter School Holidays up to before the NSW September School Holidays in line with NSW state fire restrictions. Please note: if you wish to use the fireplace it is BYO, Kindling, and Starters which can be easily purchased from the local service stations.
Respectful Stays (The Not-So-Fine Print): We want you to fully enjoy your time away, and we also ask that guests help us look after the home and the surrounding community. To keep things comfortable for everyone: This is a no-party property, the Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. The number of guests at property must not exceed the booking without written permission.
These guidelines help ensure Weekenda homes stay available for future escapes (yours included) and that local neighbours remain welcoming to visitors.
Cameras & Noise Monitoring: For the safety of our guests, the property, and the surrounding community, external security cameras may be installed at this property. These cameras are positioned only in external access areas (such as entry points) and are used solely for security and neighbourhood impact monitoring. All cameras are installed and operated in accordance with local regulations. Additional external cameras may be installed by the owner from time to time if required.

Guest Registration / ID Check: Weekenda requires every guest to complete and sign an electronic guest registration prior to arrival which will ask for a photo ID i.e. a copy of your driver's Licence or Passport. The primary booker will also be required to complete a list with the guest's names and actual mobile numbers. In the event we are unable to reach the primary booker, it is very important we can get a hold of other guests. These documents will be deleted after your departure. Access Codes are only released to Registered and Verified Guests.
Insurance: We strongly encourage any holidaymakers to obtain a very inexpensive 3rd Party Domestic Travel Insurance Policy to cover you for all manners of matters which may restrict travel. This is particularly helpful for things like Hunter Valley Concert cancellations, Covid or Medical and Other Emergencies for which we don't provide refunds, and anything which falls under our standard Terms & Conditions irrespective of the reason. We suggest reviewing policies with 'Cover-More' or 'Travel Insurance Direct' or 'Insureandgo'
