"The pictures are accurate as seen on the website . However, the amenities left a lot to be desired. The six bath towels were good and the 7 washcloths were horrible as some had bleach stains on them and they were very thin. No hand towels were provided to dry your hands on in the bathroom. Nor were there paper towels in the bathroom for that purpose. The other rooms were clean but the bathroom needs a deep cleaning . No cleaning products were provided either. "

"Beautiful and peaceful location. Lots of local eateries, a park, and even The Mexican Heritage Art Museum within walking distance. "

"Our group had a fantastic time here. It was a lovely walk to Wrigley. And there are tons of bars, restaurants, cafes in the neighborhood with quick access to the Brown line. "

"Gorgeous brownstone (somehow still secluded?!) in the heart of Chicago. Walking distance to everything. House can comfortably fit 20 people. We did not have any issues finding the back ally/garage (with owner’s behind the scenes instructions) & felt very safe/secure during our 3 night stay. We highly recommend renting especially to groups with multiple families. So much space for gathering together or separate/alone time. "This place was fantastic! The location was perfect, place was clean, and Stephen was awesome. Any questions I asked were answered in minutes. "

"Safe, quiet, comfortable, and clean! We had everything we needed. As others have said, parking was tricky, but I found a spot on the corner, then was able to move right in front of unit first thing in the morning. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice to have legit 5 bedrooms. Nicely appointed kitchen and having a garage very handy. Basement room has VERY low feelings. Ok for me at 5'2" but the guys in my group could not have stayed there. Very easy communication. "

"This is a home we plan to come back to again! Beautifully decorated, ample space to spread out, beautiful outdoor space and even had a garage! Loved having 2 full baths which is a rare find! The owner was an excellent communicator too!! She was very attentive to our needs! "

"Great location and nice place. Breakfast was nice but overcrowded and we were cheaten from breakfast one morning because hotel emailed wrong open/closed hours causing us being 10 minutes late and unfriendly answer from staff “there’s nothing we can do about it.”"

"Dette er et cash-cow hotel, der overlever på sit Hilton navn. Location er nok det bedste man kan sige om det. Min et af vinduerne i værelserne vender ind i hotellet hvor alle passerer forbi. Gulvtæpperne er meget!! beskidte og vinduerne ud til gaden er værre. Morgenmaden er dog det værste, og det skal man ikke udsætte sig selv eller sin familie for. Hvis man er i Chicago for at sove en nat, ok location, så kan det bruges... men brace for impact - lobby stinker af klorin fra swimmingpool.. og det kan man jo kun gætte hvorfor.."

"You simply cannot beat this location! Right across the river, right next to the Magnificent Mile, a short walk away from Navy Pier, and surrounded by great restaurants and convenient stores. The pool on the fifth floor is spectacular and offers amazing views of the downtown skyline. Moreover, the hotel is in a clean and safe part of the city. Stayed there with two small kids, and had no problem roaming the neighborhood after dark. "
