"Really enjoyed my stay at Felbrigg Lodge. Such a peaceful hotel and full of character. Took full advantage of the pool & hot tub which can be booked out for an hour each day. Had a great walk around the Felbrigg estate and lake. Great hosts who were always on hand for anything needed, hope to be back!"

The grounds were a good size, well maintained and great for sitting outside. Dinner was very good in a conservatory dining room. Excellent service from a young and enthusiastic staff. Large well stocked bar inside and a lovely big outside seating area with screens, with a view of the sea. Dinner was excellent, we can recommend the paella.
Someone has had the brilliant idea of a breakfast hamper in the room. And you'll find this hard to believe but you actually get a pint of milk in the fridge, not those horrible sachets! I hope the hamper and milk idea catches on.
