"Like cleanliness, respectful and attentive staff. I also like that the hotel is air-conditioned. Baguio is in the mountain region the Philippines it gets cool in the early hours of the day but it gets very hot in the middle of the day. Buffet breakfast was good with local and international dishes. Will stay again."

"We booked a quad room for an overnight stay.. The price is really low and wasnt expecting big but didnt expect that the room was a bit untidy.. Bathroom was terrible.. Shower/Bidet was not working, Water was not strong enough, The smell (Imburnal) and cleanliness.. Clean towels were not provided.. Blankets was too short for 1 person.. Free breakfast was ok.. but we were not informed that they will bang at your door at 6am.. Only thing I liked here is the proximity to other restaurants...

"Loved the buffet breakfast! Staff is amazing! Very kind and attentive to guests! I will note that 1 of the 3 rooms booked had an odd smell. They kindly sorted the situation and changed room. "The room was clean, had a heater, and provided free toiletries, slippers, and towels. The free breakfast was two pieces of hotdog, rice, and a boiled egg. TV has Netflix and YouTube. The place was peaceful; it was just in front of the TPLEX Urdaneta exit, so going back to Manila is easier. The thing I didn't like about the area was the yellow tricycle drivers. Every time we ride the tricycle, the fare is different, sometimes 50 to 80 PHP, even though the way is the same and you can clearly see...

"High price compared to the standard. The first room we got had an almost not existing wifi. Then they told us that we could sit in the lobby, but it was very cold there. At last we got another room with wifi that worked. Breakfast was basic and not especially delicious. "
