"The place seems worn out and could really use an update. For instance, the dishwasher was not working properly. Having said that, the location is amazing just next to the slopes and lifts and just next to everything including the town with all its charming shops and restaurants - amazing mountain and town. "

"I would stay there again in a minute. The staff Michelle front desk Santiago and Buddha are amazing. The beach is private and the water ps crystal clear. They offer kayaks, water bikes, ping pong , corn hole, fire pits, bbqs and for pits all included with resort fee. Jet ski rentals right off the beach with Santiago. I thought the price for the jet skis was very inexpensive. Do your self a favor and stay here"

"Gorgeous beach front property with pool, BBQ and fire pit tables. It's not fancy but it's fabulous. I highly recommend getting the lakeview room so that you'll have a perfect view all the time. Don't let the old-school parking area and exterior buildings fool you, it's a nice refurbished property with friendly helpful staff and a terrific,quiet location just adjacent to the public Kings Beach. "
