"I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! "

"A nice variety for breakfast from waffles to a cheese omelet, Fresh fruit, pastries and cereals. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Their indoor pool was warm and sparkling."

"We love the whole vibe of this hotel. This was our second stay here. We didn't bother looking elsewhere! The check-in staff was kind and helpful. The room was VERY clean. The beds were a bit hard and the shower door could have used some cleaning at the bottom and the pool was NOT very heated. It was too cold to swim in it. All in all it was great and we'll be back!"

"I didn’t realize it wasn’t a free continental breakfast. Hotel was nice, but the area was a little concerning. Continual foot traffic on the street in front, looked like homeless people looking for resources. I don’t know, but it certainly raised awareness for me."

"This is a terrible place to stay. We stayed there for 2 nights and the second morning we found a live GERMAN COCKROACH! We took it to the front desk and showed them and the lady at the front desk was immediately questioning us on how it got there. We had to go buy large trash bags to bag all of our belongings so we didn’t get roaches in our house. We tried contacting the manger via email and the front desk tried contacting her. We have received no response from the manager at all or any type of...

"Main lobby definitely needs some work done. Ceiling tiles were about to bust from water damage especially right over where the breakfast are was. It had a strange smell walking in to go check in and out.
The pool was not blue.. it was green.
In the room, walking in it looked nice. The toilet had a stain in the bottom that looked kind of like blood the didn’t go away after flushing. The sink and shower didn’t have much water pressure.
Overall it was a good stay. Was just a place for us to stay...
