"The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our comfort. We had a room with an uncomfortable bed and requested a different room and that is when the staff really did shine. They were friendly, understanding and helpful. I absolutely would recommend this hotel. Somebody did a great job training the employees and it shows. I will be coming back to Knoxville on business and will certainly stay at the Comfort Inn. Thanks for making us feel special !!"

"Very quick check in and the gentleman at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Only negative was a cleaning rag had been left in the bathroom sink... But I would definitely stay here again"
