"I really enjoyed my stay at AC Hotel. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The room I had, had a separate bathroom which was different from other reviews I’ve seen. I appreciated the fact that their ice machine also dispensed water. This made staying hydrated very easy and I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to buy a case of water. The food options were limited but I ordered food for delivery so that was convenient! It was also a walk away from my work venue so that was a plus! 10/10...

On arrival, we ask to be let into Reception for check-in, but are turned away by a person standing behind a thick glass window who thinks that the place is as safe as the hotel on the other side of the street, which did not have this security measure.

"I enjoyed how spacious my room was, it had a queen bed and king bed. The king side bed had it's own room with a TV. However, my bathroom trash can was full, missing silverware, stain in tub with a cracka and missing don't disturb sign. The property needs to replace their carpet, it is damaged and has an odor in the hallway. I appreciate how the staff was polite and resolved the issues of my room promptly
