"Our door wouldn’t lock when we first got there and they first told us “just lift the door up”. They “fixed” it but you basically had to body slam to open the door after. The shampoo and body wash in the shower were literally the same soap. And the phone number that is up to get help didn’t even work."

"The rooms are stylishly appointed with modern furnishings and conveniences. I was glad to see a refrigerator with a small freezer, kettle, microwave, and a good assortment of teas and coffees. My room had a whirlpool tub which, unfortunately I could not get to bubble. But it was a nice soak. High quality Linens and comfortable extra seating besides the bed."

"Enjoyed the in room fireplace, bathtub and bathrobes. Clean and with good amenities- fridge, microwave, electric kettle, drink wear, utensils and plates. Nice amenities like barrel sauna, complimentary bikes and access to sister property pool/sauna. Walkable distance to shops and beach. Current coffee shop/bakery part of hotel and had good selection of food/drinks"

"We liked the location but paid for an ocean view room and could not see the water. Animals were allowed on the first floor, but our room on the second floor had a dog barking frequently next door. You could tell the rooms were updated. I went to the office to get the WiFi password and no one was there. I rang the call button and finally left as no one arrived."
