It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "

"The cabin served our purpose but lacked some basic ammenities in the kitchen, such as a dishwasher. Felt leary that we had to depend on others to sanitize the dishes and utensils. The bathroom was small with no room to put toiletries. Didn't care for the gas fireplace. Seemed to put off fumes that gave me a headache. "

"The pictures do not do this house justice! It was a gorgeous home with plenty of things that made it feel like we weren’t staying at a hotel. I traveled with family and there was enough space for all 8 of us to spread out and do our own thing. The house was clean, check in was a breeze and the host was easy to contact. Additionally, we were offered late check out and didn’t feel like we were being watched the whole time. Shops and other activities were less than 20 minutes away and the views...
