Please note that the main building consists of 2 bedrooms (which has a king and queen beds), full bathroom, living room (with pull-out sofa), dining room, kitchen and laundry room. There is a separate building that consists of 2 bedrooms (one with king and pullout full sofa and a second one with 2 single beds) and a full bathroom. This separate area has its own front door entrance on the side of the house and also and door entrance through the pool area. Both doors have keypads that can be locked.

This separate building can be accessible to the main building without going outside through a door from the second bedroom to the garage. From the garage, you can enter the main building through the door that leads into the laundry room.

Additional costs:
The pool is heated at a steady 85 degrees which is quite very warm. However, if guests wanted the pool to be heated even higher then there is a $200 fee due to the high electricity bills that would be incurred.

Maximum number of guests at the house will be 10. There is an additional charge of $200 per person per stay after eight guests due to extra cleaning and use of linens and extra water.

We allow one, well behaved and trained dog under 15 pounds at the property. We ask that you pick up after your dog. There is an extra fee of $499 that is incurred due to extra allergy and sanitation cleaning.
